The only thing that can chain to a Counter Trap is another Counter Trap. If Appropriate is already face-up you'll get your two cards, but you can't chain it to Dark Bribe because Appropriate is only spell speed 2. If that is true, then how is this one possible. I activate monster reborn, my opponent activates Dark Bribe, and I activate royal decree. I have chain Royal Decree plenty of times to a counter trap, so why not Appropriate?
